摘要

总结白长川教授治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽经验。认为本病以“胃咳”“肝咳”见证为多，强调发病中气溶胶的重要作用。认为本病的发病机制是“滞伤脾胃”，肝气犯胃，脾失健运，胃气上逆伤肺，肺失宣降。治疗上立“运脾和胃、疏肝理气、宣降肺气”之法，拟“运脾和胃理肺方”治疗本病。

Abstract

Experience Professor Bai Changchuan in treating gastroesophageal reflux cough was summarized. It is believed that "gastric cough" and "liver cough" are the main evidence of the disease, and the important role of aerosol in the pathogenesis is emphasized. It is believed that the pathogenesis of this disease is "stagnation of spleen and stomach" . Liver-qi invades stomach, spleen is out of health, stomach-qi injures lung and lung is lost. The method of "Yunpi Hewei, Shugan Liqi, Xuanjiang Lungqi" was used to treat the disease, and the prescription of "Yunpi Hewei Lifei" was proposed to treat the disease.
