摘要

肺癌是中国发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，多数患者被癌痛困扰影响生活质量。临床上三阶梯止痛可以缓解患者的疼痛，但存在不良作用较多，患者惧怕成瘾等问题。因此在临床应用中，三阶梯止痛法往往存在一些瓶颈。针灸在癌痛的治疗中广泛应用，董氏奇穴在治疗痛证方面具有奇效。此文介绍董氏奇穴治疗三阶梯止痛法止痛不佳的验案2例。

Abstract

Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence in China, and most patients are troubled by cancer pain and affect their quality of life. Clinically, three-step analgesia can relieve the pain of patients, but there are many side effects, and patients are afraid of addiction and other problems. Therefore, in clinical application, the three-step analgesic method often has some bottlenecks. Acupuncture and moxibustion is widely used in the treatment of cancer pain, and Dong's extraordinary points have miraculous effects in treating pain. This article introduces two medical cases of Dong's extraordinary points in the treatment of three-step analgesia that are not good for pain relief.
