Professor Xia Guicheng founded "heart (brain) -kidney-uterine axis" theory, combined with years of clinical experience on its own because, providing that the pathological nature of the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) for heart (brain) -kidney-uterine shaft imbalance, pathogenesis is key to the heart to kidney failure-kidney empty phlegm and blood stasis, kidney, heart kidney failure for the pathogenesis of hub, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis as the standard, the virtual and the reality for the disease. He pointed out that the main syndromes of this disease were heart-kidney insufficiency-kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome, and the syndromes were mostly mixed syndromes under the main syndromes, that is, under the syndromes of heart-kidney insufficiency and kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis, there were different syndromes of yin deficiency, yang deficiency, eccentric liver stagnation and fire, and liver dampness-heat and phlegm fat accumulation. It is suggested that the key to the treatment is to communicate the heart and kidney, and to adjust the yin and yang. The method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the cycle, combined with the view of static and static rise and fall, focuses on the treatment of the late stage of menstruation, and at the same time, the treatment of syndrome differentiation, starts to rebuild the menstrual cycle, and pays attention to the psychological counseling and the law of life, which has achieved a good clinical effect.
