摘要

蝼蛄疖，多见于小儿头皮，常因胎毒或暑热生疖失治所致。李萍主任医师认为小儿蝼蛄疖初期多实热证，病久实中夹虚，治疗以中医外治为主，配合内治，处方注重运用透托法以清其源，同时益气健脾以扶助正气。附案例1则，以资验证。

Abstract

Folliculitis abscedens et suffodiens is seen most commonly in children, affecting their scalp, which is often due either to fetal toxin or to treatment failure of summer-heat producing furuncle. Archiater LI Ping holds that there are many excess heat syndromes in the early stage of folliculitis abscedens et suffodiens in children, and there is excess complicated by deficiency in the prolonged disease. The treatment is mainly external treatment of TCM, cooperated with internal treatment. The prescription pays attention to the use of outthrusting and draining method to clear its origin. Meanwhile, replenishing qi and invigorating spleen assists healthy qi. One case is attached for verification.
