摘要

变态反应性疾病是生活中常见的慢性反复发作性疾病之一，发病率日益增多，严重影响患者的生活质量。中医学治疗本病经验丰富，以发作时缓解症状，病情稳定时扶正祛邪，调和气血，重在标本兼治为治疗原则；现代医学则以控制症状为主，且患者易产生耐药性。黄河清教授善用中西医结合治疗肺系疾病，经验颇多，临床诊疗中常获良效。现通过跟师学习，整理其运用过敏煎治疗变态反应性疾病的临床经验，进行初步总结，并附三则医案。

Abstract

Allergy is one of the common chronic recurrent diseases in life, the incidence of which is also increasing, reducing the quality of life of people with allergies. The Chinese medical record of this disease has a long history, focusing on the treatment of both symptoms and root causes, while Western medicine is based on the control of symptoms, treating symptoms rather than the root cause. Professor Huang Heqing is good at treating lung diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Now, through learning from teachers in outpatient department, he has summarized his clinical experience in treating related allergic diseases with allergy decoction, and attached three medical cases below.
