慢性心力衰竭是临床各种心脏疾病发展末期的危重病症,是心血管疾病的主要死因。通过分析全国名老中医翁维良教授治疗心肌梗死后慢性心力衰竭医案,探索翁教授辨证思路及遣方用药经验,从医案的分析总结中可见翁教授“以通为补,攻补兼施,因时制宜,辨病辨证相结合”的学术思想。
Chronic heart failure is the end of various heart disease clinical development in critical condition, is the leading cause of cardiovascular disease.Through the analysis of the Professor WENG Weiliang of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction cases, to explore dialectical thinking, the clinical experience, from the cases of analysis to summarize Professor WENG’s academic thought “supplementing by dredging, reinforcement and elimination in combination, treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions, combination of disease and syndrome“ .
