摘要

病史摘要,2,患者夏某某，女，65岁，主因“发现左额及左眼睑红斑水疱伴疼痛1天”于2022年12月20日就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院。四诊资料：刻下症状：左侧额头及眼睑红斑散见簇状透明小水疱，左眼睑肿胀，难以睁眼，视物模糊，伴局部疼痛肿胀瘙痒不适感，纳眠差，二便正常。局部查体：左侧额头及眼睑皮肤潮红灼热，散见透明疱疹及溃破结痂，左眼肿胀明显，余查体未见明显异常。舌体适中，舌尖红，苔微黄，脉浮数。西医诊断　眼部带状疱疹。中医诊断　蛇串疮风热毒蕴证。中医治法　疏风泄热，通络止痛。干预措施　中药内服联合针灸治疗。疗效转归　3周后，患者症状体征明显好转，基本痊愈。

Abstract

patient xia, female, 65 years old, mainly due to ' found left forehead and left eyelid erythema blisters with pain for 1 day ' on December 20, 2022 in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital. Four diagnostic data : engraved symptoms: left forehead and eyelid erythema scattered clusters of transparent small blisters, left eyelid swelling, difficult to open eyes, blurred vision, with local pain swelling itching discomfort, poor sleep, two normal. Local examination : the left forehead and eyelid skin flushing burning, scattered transparent herpes and ulceration scab, left eye swelling significantly, the rest of the examination showed no obvious abnormalities. Moderate tongue, red tongue tip, yellowish fur, floating pulse.,Western medicine diagnosis,　ocular herpes zoster.,TCM diagnosis,　snake strand sore wind heat toxin syndrome.,Chinese medicine treatment,　Shufeng Xiere, Tongluo Zhitong.,Interventions,　oral Chinese medicine combined acupuncture treatment.,Outcome,　After 3 weeks, symptoms and signs of patients improved significantly, basically cured.
