Summary of case history,　Patient, female, 39 years old. The main reason was " rash on face, neck and chest for more than 1 year", and she was treated at our office on September 6, 2018. The patient developed acne before 2017 due to taking warm traditional Chinese medicine and hot needle treatment. She was mainly facial rash, with red color and purulent head. Then she went to the local hospital for dermatscopy and related examinations. She was diagnosed as Malassezia Folliculitis. After antifungal treatment, she was not significantly relieved. Then she went to the local traditional Chinese medicine hospital and was treated with Wuwei disinfection decoction. After taking the medicine, rash increased day by day, extending from the face to the neck, chest and back. The patient went to our hospital for further treatment. Incisive symptoms: rash was spread all over the face, neck, chest and back, with red color and purulent head. The upper body was afraid of heat, the lower body was afraid of cold She was thirsty and likes hot drinks. She had bad breath and sticky mouth. She sweats less, no sweat in winter and slightly in summer. She fell asleep slowly and dreamily. She was usually sleepy. She had constipation and yellow urine. Her tongue is light, white and greasy, slightly yellow. We used Ephedra and Cimicifuga Decoction and Gardeniae and Sojae Praeparati Decoction for treatment. And western medicine was not used.,Clinical outcomes,　After taking 5 doses of traditional Chinese medicine, the rash of the patient was reduced, and almost disappeared after taking 14 doses.
