Summary of case history,　patient Wu, a 55 year old female, visited the hospital on May 16, 2022 due to "repeated fever and lower limb pain for more than 5 months". Five months ago, the patient had no obvious cause of fever, accompanied by systemic muscle soreness. They took anti-inflammatory and antipyretic drugs on their own (specific details are unknown), but the symptoms did not improve significantly.
