Summary of case history, A female child, aged 7 years and 3 months, went to see a doctor for "hyperactivity for 6 months". Before 6 months, there was no obvious inducement for the child to be hyperactive, restless, unable to concentrate for more than 20 minutes, having more small movements in class, lagging behind in academic performance, being timid, impatient and irritable, watching videos for more than 2 hours a day, biting nails, having no convulsions of limbs, eating well, being fond of acid, restless at night, being easy to wake up, turning over, having a dry stool and then being soft, and urinating normally.
