摘要

病史摘要,2,患者3年前无明显诱因双眼睑出现淡黄色扁平丘疹，未予重视，后扁平丘疹逐渐增多。2021年9月17日就诊，主症为双眼睑周围散在淡黄色扁平丘疹，直径1～3 mm，密集而不融合，不痛不痒，平素多梦，余无特殊。否认慢性疾病病史、传染病及特殊疾病史。四诊信息　双眼睑周围散在淡黄色扁平丘疹，直径1~3 mm，密集、不融合，无痛痒。神志清楚，慢性面容，体型适中，自动体位。语音清晰，未闻及特殊气味。平素多梦，纳可，二便调。舌质红、苔薄黄，脉弦细。中医病证　汗管瘤，痰湿内阻、玄府郁闭证。中医治法　化痰散结、疏通玄府。中医诊断　汗管瘤。西医诊断　汗管瘤。干预措施　中药内服（芪麻红海甘汤加减）及中医外治法（揿针）。疗效转归　治疗共2个月，患者双眼睑汗管瘤完全消退，随访2个月无复发。

Abstract

Summary of case history ,Three years ago, there was no obvious inducement of pale yellow flat papules on both eyelids, which was not paid attention to, and the number of flat papules gradually increased. On September 17, 2021, the patient came to the hospital. The main symptom was light yellow flat papules scattered around the eyelids, 1-3 mm in diameter, dense without fusion, painless without itching, flat without special. deny the history of chronic diseases, infectious diseases and special diseases.,Symptoms and signs ,Pale yellow flat papules scattered around the eyelids, 1-3 mm in diameter, dense, non-fusion, painless itching. Clear mind, chronic face, moderate size, automatic posture. Clear voice, no special smell. Plain dreams, Nako, two tone. Tongue red, moss thin yellow, pulse string.,TCM disease and syndrome ,Syringoma, syndrome of phlegm-dampness internal resistance and Xuanfu stagnation.,TCM treatment, Dissipating phlegm to remove mass, and dredging Xuanfu,TCM diagnosis ,Syringoma.,Western medicine diagnosis ,Syringoma.,Therapeutic methods ,Oral administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (modified Qima Honghaigan Decoction) and external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine (press needle),.Clinical outcomes ,After 2 months of treatment, the patient' s eyelid syringoma completely subsided, followed up for 2 months without recurrence.
