Summary of case history,　The patient, female, 45 years old, due to the continuous vaginal bleeding for more than half a month, had a hysteroscopy + curettage more than 20 days ago, postoperative pathological prompt: 1.Simple endometrial hyperplasia, 2.Endometrial mucosal chronic inflammatory tis. After surgery gave diflexion progesterone and traditional Chinese medicine in treatment, but vaginal bleeding is not clean so far. Symptoms include: vaginal bleeding more, more blood clots, abdominal distension, eyelid edema, dizziness, hair loss, dysthesia, the back of the neck pain, good appetite, poor sleep, rotten stool, nocturia, 4 times every night. The tongue is dull, white fur, and thin pulse.,TCM diagnosis,　metrorrhagia spleen and kidney deficiency, liver depression and blood stasis syndrome.,Western medicine diagnosis,　abnormal uterine bleeding (ovulatory disorder type).,Therapeutic methods,　In the early stage Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is not effective, thus in the bleeding period, treated with Lingnan Luo's gynaecology Empirical Prescription-Erren Decoction, to arrest of bleeding、solid Chong channel and control blood. Stop bleeding stage treated with Lingnan Luo's gynaecology Empirical Prescription-Bushen Tiaojing Decoction to regulate the menstrual function instauration.,Clinical outcomes,　The patient had poor curative effect with Chinese and western medicine at first but after changing treatment with pure Chinese medicine--professor LUO Yuan-kai created Erren Decoction,the vaginal bleeding was reduced on the second day of the medication, clean on the sixth day. Subsequently, treated with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction to tonify kidney regulate the the menstrual function.In the later stage, the treatment was conducted according to this method. Follow-up the patient's menstrual period is slightly longer in June, and the menstrual cycle、period and volume returned to normal in July and August.
