The tongue is of moderate size, dark red, thin white coating, and six string veins.,TCM diagnosis, Hypomenorrhea; Kidney depression and blood stasis syndrome,Western medicine diagnosis, 1.Irregular menstruation 2. infertility 3.intrauterine adhesions,Therapeutic methods, At the first diagnosis, the patient's medical treatment focused on improving ovarian function and the uterine cavity environment to regulate menstruation. Traditional Chinese was given the 21 prescriptions for intrauterine adhesions, combined with the YangChao pot. at the third diagnosis, The follicle count is normal , with emphasis on regulating the uterine environment, Continue to be 21 prescriptions for intrauterine adhesions, combined with the YangMo pot. at the third diagnosis, According to 4D-TVCD assessment of the intrauterine environment, help with pregnancy treatment and continue to be forward 12 payments. In the fourth diagnosis, in the period of ovulation, giving Zhuluan Decoction 12 payments, combined with the YangMo pot. The fifth diagnosis was pregnant, A history of uterine adhesions was considered, and Yangtai Decoction 10 payments was given for fear of miscarriage or embryonic abortion, supplemented with medicinal YangTai pot to firm up the embryo and luteal support.,Clinical outcomes, Patients use Chinese medicine with the system of medicinal food to stimulate the recovery of ovarian function, promote ovulation, improve the intrauterine environment, increase menstrual flow and adjust menstrual cycle and ultimately achieve conception.
