Summary of case history,　Patient Yao X (case No.1001214255), a 34-year-old woman. She came to see doctor due to sore throat, cough with no phlegm for 1 year,worsening for 1 week on February 18, 2022. One year ago, she had recurrent itching and cough after exogenous pathogen invasion. After treatment, the symptoms improved and each time she contacted with different qi stimuli such as spicy and cold wind, the symptoms worsened.,Symptoms and signs consciousness,　pale complexion, slightly hoarse voice, fluent answers, to the point, itchy throat, cough from time to time, aggravated by cold wind, oil smoke and other stimuli, accompanied by a feeling of attachment of phlegm in the throat, sticky phlegm, small amount,white color, chest tightness, palpitation, no difficulty in eating and swallowing, little appetite, sleeping well at night, moderate urination, slightly dry stool and light tongue.
