One Case of of Cangniu Fangji Decoction in Refractory Ascites due to Liver Cirrhosis
Summary of case history,2,A 55-year-old male patient, surnamed Zheng, was admitted to the hospital on foot on October 5, 2021 with the chief complaint of“Repeated fatigue and abdominal distention for more than 4 years, aggravating for more than 10 days”, he visited the local hospital many times and was diagnosed as having decompensated stage of hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis, and was treated with liver protective diuretic and anti-virus therapy with entecta Cave. His condition recurred and he came to our hospital more than 4 months ago and was discharged after improvement, after discharged from the hospital, the condition is still repeated, more than 10 days before the aggravation, so re-referral to our hospital.,TCM diagnosis,2,distension, deficiency of spleen and kidney, water wet inside stop,Western medicine diagnosis,2,hepatitis B;decompensated cirrhosis;portal hypertension;hypersplenism;esophageal gastric varices,Therapeutis methods,2,After admission, the patients were treated with Glutathione and creatinine, furosemide and spironolactone diuretics, human serum albumin and anti-virus therapy of entelphane Cave on the basis of Western medicine, add to use Chinese medicine treatment (Cangniu Fangji decoction cut).,Clinical outcomes,2,The symptoms were obviously improved, ascites subsided quickly, rebound slowly.
