Summary of case history ,WANG, girl, 4 years old, went to the outpatient department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine on March 23, 2021, for "recurrent cough and expectoration for four months". Four months ago, the child developed cough after cold, accompanied by yellow and white sputum, runny yellow pus nose, mild nasal congestion, and was diagnosed as allergic rhinitis. After treatment, the child still coughed repeatedly, and then went to the outpatient department of our hospital. Four diagnosis information: children cough, expectoration, throat clearing, nasal congestion, poor appetite, thin stool. Pink tongue tip, thin yellow moss, delicate veins .,TCM diagnosis, Chronic cough (Lung spleen-deficiency type and stagnation of phlegm).,Western medicine diagnosis ,Chronic cough.,Therapeutic methods ,Adopt Yupingfeng San and Erchentang to tonify lung and Qi, strengthen spleen and reduce phlegm.,Clinical outcomes ,After 2 times of diagnosis and treatment, the disease recovered, and there was no recurrence in the follow-up for half a year.
