Pain in the small joints of hands and feet occurred after eating seafood 1 week ago, so he came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment Symptoms and signs: Pain in the small joints of the hands and feet, dry mouth and bitter taste, profuse sweating, low back pain, dry and loose stools, dull tongue, tooth marks, slippery pulse.,TCM diagnosis, Paralysis (damp heat paralysis).,Western medicine diagnosis ,Hyperuricemia gout.,Therapeutic methods ,Traditional Chinese medicine treatment to clear Dissolving dampness and heat, regulating qi and relieving pain are the treatment principles, and modified Simiaosan is is used for treatment; Western medicine gives bromarone to reduce uric acid;Conventional treatment: control diet, pay attention to bed rest, drink plenty of water, avoid drinking alcohol, and eat high-purine foods, such as internal organs, seafood, etc.,Clinical outcomes ,After several adjustments to the medication, the patient's symptoms gradually disappeared.
