Summary of case history, Mr. Lu, male, 54 years old, with right eyelid ptosis and diplopia for 3 months. The patient had irregular plain diet. There was no obvious cause of visual floating before 3 months, followed by right eyelid ptosis and diplopia. The patient was diagnosed as myasthenia gravis by neostigmine test in Fujian Provincial Hospital. After treatment with anticholinesterase drugs and glucocorticoids, the symptoms were relieved, but there were still diplopia, fatigue and other symptoms. For fear of the side effects of long-term hormone therapy, they came to seek medical advice. After Professor Zhang Xikui's admission on September 8, 2021, he found that the patient's right eyelid blepharoptosis, incomplete closure, reduced range of eye activity, diplopia, morning rise, especially after fatigue, low voice, accompanied by sore waist and knees, fatigue, slow lifting of the right upper limb, brows leakage, chewing difficulties, insomnia, normal urine and food. Full moon face, tongue red moss thin white, pulse sink slightly.
