A Case of KANG Zefeng Treating Non-arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy增强出版
Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy is a serious disease causing irreversible visual impairment in the elderly. Professor KANG Zefeng, guided by the theory of "pupil shen luo disease", grasped the pathogenesis of stagnation of eye collaterals and atrexia of eye orificium, and used the method of clearing collaterals and clarifying eyes throughout. According to the acute onset stage, chronic progression stage and optic atrophy stage, the idea of differentiation and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) staging characteristics was put forward. Combined with the theory of Fuxie theory, the experiential use of scorpion, borneol and asarum was put forward. It can improve the visual acuity and visual field of patients and protect the visual function of patients, providing a new idea for the treatment of non-arteritis anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Typical cases LI X, female, 56, occlusion of left temporal vision for 1 week. One week ago, there was no obvious incentive for occlusion of the temporal and lateral vision of the left eye.He went to another hospital and was diagnosed as "left eye ischemic optic neuropathy". He was treated with drugs to improve circulation and nutritional nerves, but the symptoms did not improve.Symptoms and signs: Clear, energetic, tongue dark red, pulse string number.Western medicine diagnosis was non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy of the left eye. TCM diagnosis was left eye collateral obstruction blindness (liver stagnation transforms into fire, Qi stagnation and water stop). The use of professor Kang Zefeng Chinese medicine stage characteristics of differentiation and treatment of the idea of syndrome differentiation, treatment to dispersing stagnated liver qi and clearing heat, promoting Qi removing excess fluid. Oral Chinese medicine decoction. The visual acuity of the patient was improved and the field of vision was enlarged.,Summary of case history ,Occlusion of left temporal vision for 1 week.,TCM diagnosis ,Sudden blindness caused by obstruction of collaterals in the left eye. syndrome of Qi depression transforming into fire, Qi stagnation and water stop.,Western medicine diagnosis ,non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy of left eye.,Therapeutic methods ,Treatment based on syndrome differentiation,. ,Oral Chinese medicine decoction.,Clinical outcomes ,The visual acuity of the patient was improved and the field of vision was enlarged,.
