摘要

帕金森病属于神经系统退行性疾病，不仅有运动迟缓、震颤、肌强直为主的运动症状，还有睡眠障碍、精神障碍、自主神经功能障碍、感觉障碍等非运动症状。颤证症状与帕金森病核心症状一致。帕金森病的主要病机为胆气不舒、三焦壅滞。临床实践发现柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能改善帕金森病患者症状，临床疗效明显。

Abstract

Parkinson's disease belongs to the neurodegenerative disease of the nervous system, and has not only motor symptoms such as bradykinesia, tremors and myotonia, but also non-motor symptoms such as sleep disorders, mental disorders, autonomic nervous dysfunction and sensory disorders. The trembling symptom is consistent with the core symptom of Parkinson's disease. The main pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease is unsmooth flow of gallbladder qi and ,Sanjiao, stagnation. It has been found in clinical practice that ,Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli, Decoction (Bupleuri Radix plus Longgu Muli Decoction) can improve the symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease, with remarkable effect.
