摘要

胰腺实性假乳头状瘤是一种罕见的低度恶性的胰腺肿瘤，但当不可切除且发生远处转移时往往会导致死亡。本文通过胰腺实性假乳头状瘤案例分析不可切除的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的中医治疗、临床效果、预后及疗效评价。本案提示中医药对于不可切除的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤有很好的疗效，延长患者生存期的同时可以提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract

Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) of the pancreas are rare pancreatic tumors with lowgrade malignancy, but when SPNs are unresectable and distant metastasis occurs, death ensues. In this paper, we analyzed the TCM therapy, clinical efficacy, prognosis and therapeutic evaluation of unresectable solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) of the pancreas. Our findings suggest that traditional Chinese medicine has a favorable efficacy for unresectable SPNs which prolongs survival and improves patients' quality of life.
