摘要

田德禄教授在临床实践中对于脾胃病的诊治积累了丰富的经验，清降法是田教授治疗脾胃病的常用治法，包括清胃降气法、调肝和胃法、清肝和胃法、清胆降逆法、清化湿热法、活血清降法、滋阴清降法、甘平养胃法。清降法在临证中应用取得了较好的疗效。从每种治法所治疗的主证、病机、病理因素、辨证要点、治法、方药等方面对清降8法进行了详细阐述，并附典型病案加以说明。

Abstract

Professor Tian Delu has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of spleenstomach diseases in clinical practice. The Qing Jiang method is the common treatment for spleen-stomach diseases, including method of clearing stomach and reducing qi, regulating liver and stomach, clearing liver and smoothing stomach, clearing gallbladder and smoothing qi, cleaning damp-heat, activating blood circulation, nourishing yin, sweet and peaceful nourishing stomach. The application of the Qingjiang method in the clinical trial has achieved good results. In this paper, the principal syndromes, pathogenesis, pathological factors, main points of syndrome differentiation, therapy and prescriptions of each treatment method are described in detail, and the typical medical records are attached.
