摘要

田德禄教授基于“瘀毒论”论治慢性萎缩性胃炎，明确“瘀毒”在病情演变过程中的地位，提出本病的发生存在由实转虚至虚实夹杂的病理改变，故于“病证结合”前提下，强调分阶段论治，重视对“瘀毒”的干预。又开拓性地将宏观与微观辨证相结合，深化病机认识，以指导临床用药，收效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes professor Tian Delu's experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis based on the theory of blood-stasis and toxin. Prof. Tian clarifies the status of blood-stasis and Toxin in the process of disease progression, and proposes that the occurrence of the disease can change from the situation of deficiency transformed from excess to intermingled deficiency and excess. Therefore, Prof. Tian emphasizes that the treatment should be placed by stages under the combination of disease and syndrome, attaches importance to the intervention of blood-stasis and toxin at the same time. In order to guide clinical medication better, Prof. Tian also pioneered the combination of macro and micro syndrome differentiation to deepen the understanding of pathogenesis.
