摘要

放疗是目前临床治疗恶性肿瘤的主要方法之一，在肿瘤综合治疗中起着关键作用，但是其常会导致消化系统方面的不良反应，其中尤以放射性肠炎最易发生。李仝教授认为，放射性肠炎属中医“泄泻”范畴，以气虚为本，气壅为标，病变脏腑在脾、大肠，累及肝、肾，病理因素为湿、热、瘀、毒、虚互结，临床治疗以运脾化湿为主，并遵“调气”原则，采用“补气理气”法，恢复各病变脏腑气机协同作用，临床收效良好。

Abstract

Radiation therapy is one of themain methods in the clinical treatment ofmalignant tumors, and plays an important role in the comprehensive treatmentof tumors. However, its side effects in the digestive system often occur, amongwhich radiation enter-itis is themost common. In particular, the radiation enteritis ismost likely to occur. Professor LITong believes that radiation enteri-tis belongs to the category of "diarrhea" in traditional Chinesemedicine, which is based on qideficiency andmarked by qi stagna-tion. The lesion viscera are in spleen and large intestine, involving liver and kidney. The pathological factors are intermingled damp-ness, heat, blood stasis, toxin, and deficiency. In clinics, the treatment is mainly invigorating spleen for eliminating damp-ness. According to the principle of "regulating qi", themethod of "invigorating qiand regulating qi" has been used to restore the synergistic effect of viscera and qi in various pathological changes, with good effects.
