Cough is a common pulmonary disease in children. Voice without phlegm is called cough, and phlegm without claim is cough. But in clinic, phlegm and voice are often seen together, which is difficult to be completely separated. It is generally referred to as cough. The causes of cough are generally divided into exogenous cough (wind-cold cough, wind-heat cough) and internal cough(phlegm-heat cough, phlegm-dampness cough, deficiency of the lung-qi and spleen-qi, yin-deficiency and lung-heat). However, in Sichuan Basin, the dialectical classification of children's cough is "dampness-heat cough". Most children with dampness-heat cough have a long course of disease from weeks to months. Rotation therapy has no obvious effect. Our teacher used "Weijing Xuanbi decoction" to treat infantile dampness-heat cough, and the effect is very good.
