摘要

临床上常见的与肾脏相关的疾病，大都是慢性疾病，多有发病隐匿，病情复杂，缠绵难愈，病程较长的特性，病机多以虚或虚实夹杂多见。临床治疗起来比较棘手。作者根据中医的“阳化气，阴成形”理论，用“补肾益精”法结合“活血化瘀、分清泌浊、软坚散结”等方法，在中医辨证论治的指导下，治疗临床中有肾阴虚证型的慢性肾相关性疾病，可以恢复肾脏活力，改善肾脏功能。

Abstract

Some kidney-related diseases that are often seen clinically are mostly chronic diseases, many of which are occult, with complicated conditions, lingering and difficult to heal, and long-term disease characteristics. The pathogenesis is often complicated by virtual or virtual reality. Clinical treatment is tricky. According to the theory of "yang hua qi, yin cheng xing" of traditional Chinese medicine, the author uses the method of "reinforcing the kidneyand replenishing essence" to combine the methods of "blood-activating blood stasis, clearing phlegm and clearing phlegm, softening and dispersing", etc., under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation andtreatment. Achronicsyndromeofchronickidney-relateddiseasescanrestorekidneyvitalityandimprovekidneyfunction.
