摘要

李灿东教授从医30余年，对内科多种疾病治疗具有丰富的临床经验。在痹症病因病机上，李灿东教授认为福州地处东南，外邪以湿热偏盛，病初起以邪实为主，“人与天地相参，与日月相应”，故病人体多湿热，复因外感风寒湿邪，寒易化热，而成湿热痹，故多以二妙散加减治疗湿热痹取得良好疗效。

Abstract

Professor Li Candong has been in medicine for more than 30 years and has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of various diseases of internal medicine. On the cause and mechanism of bi disease, Professor Li Candong thinks that Fuzhou is located in the southeast so there is much evil of dampnedd-heat. And the disease mainly is beginning for solid evil. "People meet with the heavens and the earth and correspond to the sun and the moon" .Wherefore, the bodies of patients often have damp-heat. If people gets the evil of wind-cold-damp, cold will change to heat and they will to be damp-heat-obstruction. As a result of that he often uses Ermiao powder to treat dampnedd-heat-obstruction and it has great efficacy.
