摘要

同病异治是中医辨证论治的重要原则之一，同一病症，因地、因人、因时不同，或由于病机变化，病情进展程度，以及用药过程中邪正消长等差异，治疗上也应相应采取不同的治疗方法。在消渴病（糖尿病）肾病的治疗过程中，据其主要病因病机相同，均为气阴两虚，瘀浊热内停，故主要治则为益气补肾，清热活血降浊，兼夹证不同，治疗方法各有差异，且均收到满意的治疗效果。

Abstract

Treating the same disease with different treatments is one of the most important principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Different treatments should also be adopted for the same disease due to the local, human and time differences, or the degree of disease progression due to pathogenesis changes, and the changes of evil and healthy in the course of medication. In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, according to the same main etiology and pathogenesis, both qi and blood deficiency, stasis and heat stopping, so the main treatment is to invigorate qi and kidney, clear away heat, promote blood circulation and reduce turbidity, and different treatment methods. And all received satisfactory treatment results.
