摘要

当归拈痛汤治疗各种皮肤病的临床应用表明，辨证论治是中医诊治疾病的精髓。尽管文中所列举的5种病例的症状不尽相同，但均契合了湿热内蕴，风邪外袭，经络气血瘀阻的病机，因此应用当归拈痛汤异病同治，获得了显著的疗效。

Abstract

The clinical application of Danggui Niantong decoction in the treatment of various skin diseases showed that treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the essence of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Although the symptoms of the cases listed here vary, butall fit damp-heat retenting in the interior and pathogenic wind attacking the superficies and meridian vital energy and blood stasising. Danggui Niantong decoction was used for the treatment of different diseases with same method, and remarkable curative effect was obtained.
