摘要

慢性肾功能衰竭是多种肾脏疾病发展到晚期的共同转归。广东省名中医刘志龙教授认为此病病机复杂，多属虚实夹杂，本虚主要为气、血、阴、阳及脏腑的虚损，标实则以湿、浊、毒、瘀等为主。此文主要介绍刘志龙教授临证治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的经验，以治病求本，培补肾元为主；重视调理脾胃，顾护胃气；活血化瘀贯穿始终；并注重守法守方，介绍刘志龙教授运用药对加强临床疗效的经验，供同道参考。

Abstract

Professor Liu Zhilong, the advisor of the sixth batch of Chinese medicine expert in China, the famous Chinese medicine expert in Guangdong province and the doctoral tutor of Macau University of Science and Technology, President of Zhuhai hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Professor Liu Zhilong has been engaged in clinical and teaching research of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years. This paper mainly introduces Professor Liu Zhilong's opinion and discussion on the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure, and summarizes his experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure as well as the characteristics of medication, so as to provide reference for the fellow.
