摘要

抗肿瘤药物引起的肝损伤是药物性肝损伤的主要原因之一，张林军主任医师从事临床30余年，在恶性肿瘤及抗肿瘤药物引起肝损伤的中医治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验。张林军主任认为抗肿瘤药物不良反应为外来之“药毒”，药毒戕伤正气，直中肝脏或脾胃，使肝主疏泄及脾司运化失常，湿浊内蕴，湿郁化热，湿热薰蒸肝胆引起肝损伤。治疗首重柔肝健脾、未病先防以提升肝脾对药毒之邪的抵御能力，临床上根据湿热轻重辨证施治，方证相对。

Abstract

Liver injury caused by anti-tumor drugs is one of the main causes of drug-induced liver injury. Chief Physician Zhang Linjun has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 30 years. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of liver injury caused by malignant tumors and anti-tumor drugs in TCM. Director Zhang Linjun believes that the adverse reactions of anti-tumor drugs are foreign drug toxicity". The drug toxicity injures the vital energy, damages directly the liver or the spleen and stomach, and causes abnormal dispersion of the liver and transportation of the spleen, dampness and intrinsic contained, heat conversion of the dampness stagnancy, and umigating the liver and gallbladder with dampness and heat, Steaming liver and gall with damp heat makes the liver injury. The first priority f treatment is softening the liver and invigorating the spleen, preventing diseases before they occur, so as to enhance the resistance of the iver and spleen to the pathogens of drugs and poisons. Clinically, syndrome differentiation and treatment is basis of constitution of dampness nd heat, the prescriptions and syndromes are relative.
