Objective,2,To summarize the experience and characteristics of Professor Fu Weimin, a famous expert of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province, in use of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction to treat the typical case of difficult encephalopathy.,Methods,2,Through studying with the teacher, collecting Fu Weimin using Tongfu Huoxue decoction to treat classic cases of difficult encephalopathy, the characteristics of clinical prescriptions was summed up.,Result,2,Taking "Accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs" as the guide, the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of difficult encephalopathy was applied, and the better effect has been obtained.,Conclusion,2,Tongqiao Huoxue decoction is derived from the Medical Correction of Wang Qingren in the Qing Dynasty. Professor Fu Weimin used Tongfu Huoxue decoction to apply flexibly to cerebral infarction and sequelae, vascular dementia, epilepsy, cerebral aneurysm, migraine and other difficult encephalopathy.
