This study introduced and summarized professor LIU Lifang's clinical experience in the treatment of lung metastasis of breast cancer. Under the guidance of the theory of Qi transformation, professor LIU thought that deficiency of Yang-Qi, dysfunction of Qi transformation, stagnation of phlegm, blood stasis and toxin in Lung collaterals were the basis of the disease. It is emphasized that warming Yang is conducive to Qi transformation, and Yanghe Decoction is preferred as the basic formula. It is suggested that warming Yang method should be used throughout the whole process of lung metastasis of breast cancer. The pathogenic factors, such as dampness-fluid, blood stasis and cancer toxin, are comprehensively analyzed. Treatment methods, such as warming Yang to dissipate phlegm, warming Yang to activate blood and remove stasis, warming Yang to dispel cancer and detoxification, are comprehensively applied. At the same time, the guiding drugs should be made good use to guide the other drugs straight to the disease location. Once case was included in the study to share with the peers.
