摘要

卵巢早衰的治疗，现今阶段多注重以肾虚论治，从肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫系统进行诠释，然王秀霞教授认为卵巢早衰患病率与生活环境与个人体质密切相关，且女子以肝为先天，需肝之疏泄调达，经血得以正常下行，得肝之调畅气机，女子情志得以舒畅，因夜卧血归于肝，肝得以藏血而濡润胞宫。故本文结合运气与体质学说，认为卵巢早衰可以肝论治，与寒、郁密切相关。

Abstract

The treatment of premature ovarian failure (POF) is attached to Kidney-deficiency at present, and it is interpreted from the system of Kidney-Tiangui-Chong and Ren-Uterine. Professor WANG Xiuxia thinks that the morbidity of POF is closely associated with the living environment and the constitution of females. As we know, the base of woman lies in Liver, menstruation can be normal down on the basis of normal function of Liver. Liver facilitates ,qi, movement to comfort woman's state of mind. Because blood comes back to Liver at night, then Liver is able to store blood and moisten the uterus. This article regards that POF, which is associated with cold and depression, can be treated from Liver guided by Yunqi doctrine and by the theory of TCM constitution.
