摘要

介绍了王小荣副教授灵活运用白通汤治疗不寐、多寐、口疮的验案。白通汤可交通阴阳，对其进行加减可治疗多种疾病，王小荣副教授认为，凡是少阴阳虚寒凝、格阳于上、阴阳不交、水火不济而导致的各种疾病，皆可用白通汤加减治疗，疗效颇佳。

Abstract

This paper introduces proved cases of associate professor WANG Xiaorong flexibly using Baitong Tang(白通汤)to treat insomnia, narcolepsy and aphtha.Baitong Tang can restore normal coordination between yin and yang, adding or subtracting thereof can treat a variety of diseases.Associate professor WANG Xiaorong holds that all kinds of diseases can be treated with the addition and subtraction of Baitong Tang with good curative effects, which were caused by shaoyin, yang deficiency and cold coagulation resulting in rejecting yang on the upper, thereby causing failure to combine yin and yang as well as water and fire failing to assist.
