摘要

王炜主任医师立足整体观念，以三焦为纲，对部分反复发作型睑腺炎患者进行辨证施治，取得了较好的临床疗效。现撷取王炜主任医师在临床诊疗中从三焦辨治反复发作型睑腺炎的3例典型病案，分别从上焦、中焦、下焦具体分析其辨治及用药思路。

Abstract

Based on the overall concept and taking triple energizer as the outline, archiater WANG Wei treated some patients with recurrent hordeolum according to syndrome differentiation and treatment, and achieved good clinical efficacy.In this paper, three typical cases of recurrent hordeolum treated by archiater WANG Wei in clinical diagnosis and treatment from syndrome differentiation and treatment of triple energizer were collected, and their syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as medication ideas were analyzed respectively from the upper, middle and lower energizer.
