This paper summarizes professor JIA Liujin’s clinical experience in the treatment of enuresis in children with weakened kidney deficiency syndrome. Professor JIA holds that weakened kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome type of enuresis in children. He emphasizes the diagnosis and treatment of five zang organs as the core. According to the physiological characteristics of children’s frequent deficiency of kidney, he closely adheres to the basic pathogenesis of weakened kidney deficiency, deficiency cold of kidney and failure of bladder to retain urine, takes invigorating kidney to consolidate vital base and reducing urination and stopping enuresis as therapeutic principle, often uses self-made modified Guben Zhiyi Tang (固本止遗汤) cooperated with psychological and behavioral recuperation to treat it, which has obtained remarkable curative effects.
