摘要

反复发作性尿路感染属于中医“劳淋”范畴，基本病机为久病不愈，脾肾亏虚，湿热之邪留恋于膀胱。治疗上重视整体观念，强调标本兼顾。主张以补益脾肾为主，达到固本培元之效；从整体出发，兼顾心、肝、肺三脏以避免传变；合理选用清利膀胱湿热药物，结合局部症状，使扶正与祛邪恰到好处；采用三因制宜原则制定个体化方案，彻底祛除内外危险因素，避免复发。

Abstract

Recurrent urinary tract infections belong to the category of "Laolin" in Traditional Chinese medicine. The basic pathogenesis is chronic illness, Spleen and Kidney deficiency as well as the Evil factor of Dampness-Heat lingering in the bladder. The treatment emphasizes the holistic concept and focuses on both manifestation and root cause. It is advocated to tonify Spleen and Kidney to achieve the effect of consolidating vital base and cultivating primordial Qi. From the holistic concept, it is necessary to take into account of the Heart, Liver, and Lungs to avoid transmission and changes. Reasonable selection of drugs in removing bladder Dampness-Heat by combining with local symptoms properly can strengthen vital Qi and remove pathogenic factors. The principle of "matching three factors" should be adopted to formulate individualized plans, completely eliminate internal and external risk factors, and avoid the recurrence of the disease.
