摘要

刘万里教授认为胃食管反流病（gastroesophageal reflux disease，GERD）的病机发展强调“中虚”是基础，“气逆”是核心，平衡脏腑间气机升降出入是治疗GERD的关键，故运用畅调气机法治疗。主要治法有：脾胃肠同治、肝脾同调、肝肺同畅。此外，刘教授治疗GERD时，提倡病证结合，辨标本，辨气血，重视护理调摄。

Abstract

Professor Liu Wan-li believes that the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) emphasizes that"deficiency in the middle energizer"is the foundation, and"counterflow of ,qi,"is the core; balancing the ascent and descent of ,qi, between the viscera is the key to the treatment of GERD. Therefore, the method of regulating ,qi, movement is used to treat GERD. The main treatments include: regulating spleen, stomach and intestines together, regulating liver and spleen together, regulating liver and lung together. In addition, Professor Liu advocates the combination of disease and syndrome, identification of specimen, differentiation of ,qi, and blood, and attention to nursing adjustment in the treatment of GERD.
