摘要

咳嗽是肺癌中最常见的症状，严重影响患者的生活质量。花宝金认为肿瘤为全身性疾病，临床上病理改变以“虚、瘀、痰、毒、湿”最为多见。从补肺益气、清热肃肺、温肺化饮、甘寒生津、泻肺利水、金水相生、清肝泻火、运脾化湿八个方面总结了花宝金治疗肺癌咳嗽的经验。列举验案一则说明之。

Abstract

Cough is the most common symptom of lung cancer, which seriously affects the life quality of patients. Professor HUA Baojin believes that the tumor is a systemic disease, and the clinical pathological changes are most common in "deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm, toxin and dampness". HUA Baojin's experience in treating cough caused by lung cancer is summarized into eight methods: invigorating lung and qi, clearing heat and purifying lung, warming lung and resolving fluid retention, engendering liquid with sweet and cold drugs, purging lung and promoting urination, promoting mutual generation between metal and water, clearing liver and purging fire, activating spleen and resolving dampness. One valid medical case is listed to explain his rich experience.
