摘要

“和法缓治”是清代名医费伯雄先生提倡的治疗思想，为孟河医派所推崇。国医大师邹燕勤教授将“和法缓治”运用于慢性肾脏病的治疗中，以扶正祛邪为治疗总则，调和脏腑，调和气血，和畅枢机，制方用药平淡和缓，既是和法的具体运用，也体现了孟河医派和缓的治疗风格与理念。

Abstract

"Harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"was proposed by Fei Boxiong, a famous doctor in Qing dynasty, which was highly recognized by Menghe Medical School. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) master Zou Yanqin utilized"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"in the treatment of chronic kidney diseases. Reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling pathogen was the general treatment principle. Regulating and harmonizing zang-fu organs, qi and blood and the function of acting as apivot, along with the usage ofneutral and mild medicine from her clinical practice were the specific application of harmonizing method and reflected the therapeutic style and thoughts from Menghe Medical School.
