As one of the common clinical diseases, gall disease is mostly caused by emotional dysfunction. In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, it usually starts from the liver and has a remarkable curative effect. Professor li yingcun believed that gall disease was closely related to liver and spleen, and its onset was based on liver loss and drainage, with qi stagnation, spittoon coagulation and blood stasis as its signs. In terms of treatment, Professor Li Yingcun took regulating qi, resolving phlegm and eliminating gall and dissolving gall as the basic principles. He often used Dunhuang Daxiegan Decoction as the main pre-scription for clinical syndrome, and formulated the method of reducing liver and regulating qi and blood for syndrome differentiation and subtraction treatment, with remarkable curative effect. Now a typical case is summarized as follows, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of gall disease.
