摘要

仝小林院士认为，血尿酸升高是由膏人中满，气血运行不畅，积聚成浊，或进一步流注经络而成，治疗重心在脾与胃肠，利湿去浊是治疗高尿酸血症基本治法。在辨证论治的基础上合用土茯苓、威灵仙、萆薢三味小方。针对“湿浊态”，三药均能利湿去浊，通利关节；针对血尿酸升高，三药均具有明确的降尿酸作用，态靶同调。方中土茯苓常用剂量为15～60g,威灵仙常用剂量为9～30g,萆薢的常用剂量为15～30g,应定期复查血尿酸水平，随其施量。

Abstract

Academician TONG Xiaolin believes that the increase of blood uric acid is caused by "Gaoren Zhongman" , and the qi and blood flow is not smooth, accumulating into turbidity, or further flowing into the meridians. The treatment focuses on the spleen and gastrointestinal tract, and removing dampness and turbidity is the basic treatment for hyperuricemia. On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, three prescriptions of Smilax glabra rhizome, Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae and Root of Chinese clematis were used. According to the "shizhuotai" , they can remove dampness and tobidity, clear joints, and have clear effect of reducing uric acid in view of the increase of blood uric acid. The commonly used dose of Smilax glabra rhizome is 15-60 g, that of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae is 9-30 g, and that of Root of Chinese clematis is 15-30 g. It is necessary to review the level of serum uric acid regularly.
