摘要

仝小林教授在辨治气滞血瘀型胃痛时，常在辨证论治的基础上加用檀香、九香虫、五灵脂三味小方，根据疼痛程度及病邪深浅调整剂量，檀香常用6～9 g，九香虫6～15 g，五灵脂6～15 g，三药均走脾胃，功专行气活血止痛，全方合用可靶向的改善患者胃痛症状。

Abstract

Professor TONG Xiaolin often used Sandalwood, Aspongopus chinensis Dallas, Trogopterus Dung three small prescriptions on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment for gastric pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Adjust the dosage according to the degree of pain and the depth of the pathogen. Sandalwood is commonly used 6-9 g, Aspongopus chinensis Dallas 6-15 g, Trogopterus Dung 6-15 g, all three drugs are used for the stomach, the function is exclusively for qi and blood circulation to relieve pain. The whole prescription can target to improve the symptoms of stomach pain in patients.
