摘要

类风湿性关节炎为临床常见的疑难杂症之一，仝小林教授认为，在诸多导致类风湿性关节炎的病理因素中，寒、湿、瘀为本，内外阴邪勾结引动为因，临床应大力温阳散寒除湿、活血通络，可选用露蜂房、鹿衔草、豨莶草三味小方配伍治疗。方中露蜂房祛风止痛，常用剂量为9～15 g；鹿衔草祛风湿、强筋骨，常用剂量为15～30 g；豨莶草祛风湿、利关节，常用剂量为15～30 g。

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the common incurable diseases in the clinic. Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that among many pathological factors that lead to rheumatoid arthritis, cold, dampness, and blood stasis are the main factors, while the collusion of internal and external yin pathogen is the cause. Hence, it is necessary to vigorously warm the yang, dispel cold, remove dampness, promote blood circulation and dredge the collaterals, and we can choose the three prescriptions of Nidus Vespae, Herba Pyrolae and Herba Siegesbeckiae. In the prescriptions, Nidus Vespae can dispel pathogenic wind and relieve pain, the commonly used dose of which is 9-15 g; Herba Pyrolae can dispel pathogenic wind and dampness, strengthen muscles and bones, the commonly used dose of which is 15-30 g; Herba Siegesbeckiae can dispel pathogenic wind and dampness, ease tension of joints, the commonly used dose of which is 15-30 g.
