摘要

葛根、松节、威灵仙是仝小林院士临床治疗痹证的常用药。在诸多导致颈椎病的邪气因素中，以风、寒、湿尤为重要。葛根舒利太阳经气，治疗项背强紧疼痛，临床常用剂量为15～60 g；松节祛风燥湿，舒筋通络，临床常用剂量为15～30 g；威灵仙祛风湿、通经络、止痹痛，临床常用剂量为15～30 g，三味药同用可共奏通阳散寒、祛风燥湿、柔筋通络之效，为治疗颈椎病的靶方靶药。

Abstract

Radix puerariae, Lignum pini nodi and Radix clematidis were commonly used in clinical treatment of arthralgia. Academician TONG Xiaolin believed that among the many pathogenic factors caused cervical spondylosis, wind, cold, and humidity are particularly important. Radix puerariae could be used to diff use impediment and activate yang, the usual dosage was 15-60 g; Lignum pini nodi could be used to disperse wind, dissipate cold, relax sinew and activate collaterals, the usual dosage was 15-30 g; Radix clematidis could be used to expel wind and eliminate dampness, the usual dosage was 15-30 g. The three kinds of medicine can play the eff ect of Tongyang dispersing cold, dispelling wind and dampness, softening tendons and collaterals, which is the target medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
