摘要

肝硬化腹水与中医学中的“鼓胀”“肝水”密切相关，仝小林教授根据多年临床经验，认为腹水作为本病的病理产物，乃有形之邪，为治病之标，是本病突出的特征，故治疗当以利水为先，常将商陆、葶苈子、车前子组成三味小方，功专利水，在消减腹水方面取得一定了效果。其入煎剂常用剂量为商陆9～15 g，葶苈子15～30 g，车前子15～30 g。

Abstract

Cirrhotic ascites is closely related to "guzhang" and "liver water" in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor TONG believed that ascites as the visible pathological product of this disease, a sign of this disease, can be treated with the small prescription consisting of phytolacca acinosa, pepperweed seed and plantain seed. The common dose of phytolacca acinosa is 9-15 g, pepperweed seed is 15-30 g and plantain seed is 15-30 g.
