摘要

肾性血尿是肾内科常见疾病，多见于急慢性肾炎、IgA肾病、隐匿性肾小球肾炎、紫癜性肾炎、狼疮性肾炎等疾病中，这类疾病常反复发作，缠绵不愈，最终可进展为慢性肾功能衰竭。仝小林教授认为此类疾病属脏腑风湿病的范畴，其发病往往由于感受风寒湿，邪伏肾络所致，而见血尿者则多兼湿、热、瘀等病理产物，临床常在扶正透邪的基础上，加用仙鹤草、侧柏叶、小蓟三味药针对症靶治疗。仙鹤草收敛止血兼可补虚，侧柏叶祛风止血兼能散瘀，小蓟善清血分热而凉血，三者配伍，恰合肾性血尿的病机特点，能针对性减少尿红细胞数量，临床用量均为15～30 g。

Abstract

Renal hematuria is a common kidney disease. It is mostly seen in acute and chronic nephritis, IgA nephropathy, latent glomerulonephritis, purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis and other diseases. Such diseases are often not easy to heal, relapse repeatedly, and eventually can progress to chronic renal failure. Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that this kind of disease belongs to the category of Zangfu rheumatism. Its onset is often caused by feeling cold, dampness, and long-lasting aff ection inside the kidney. While those with hematuria often have pathological products such as dampness, heat, and blood stasis. Clinically, on the basis of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors, three herbs are used to treat hematuria in a targeted manner. Among them, herba agrimoniae can converge and stop bleeding, cacumen platycladi can dispel the wind, stop bleeding and dissipate blood stasis, while herba cirsii can clear heat and cool the blood. The compatibility of the three is in line with the pathogenesis of renal hematuria, and can reduce the number of urine red blood cells in a targeted manner. The clinical dosage of the three herbs is 15-30 g.
