摘要

黄芪、川桂枝、炒白芍三味小方组合取黄芪建中汤之意，源于张仲景《金匮要略》，仝小林院士常用之治疗虚寒型胃痛。方中黄芪性微温味甘，可益气补脾，用量范围为15～45 g；桂枝味甘性温，具温健脾阳之效，用量范围为15～30 g；白芍味甘、酸，性微寒，具有和中止痛功效，临床常用剂量15～45 g。全方共奏温中补气，和里缓急之效，属于虚寒型胃痛的靶方。

Abstract

astragalus root, cassia twig, and stir-fried radix paeoniae root were used to extract the meaning of astragalus jianzhong decoction, which originated from Synopsis of Prescriptions of The Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing and was commonly used by academician TONG Xiaolin in the treatment of def i ciency-cold stomachache. Astragalus is lukewarm and sweet, which can tonifying spleen for nourishing qi. The dosage range is 15-45 g. Cassia twig taste sweet and warm-natured, with the effect of warming and strengthening the spleen Yang, dosage range of 15-30 g; Stir-fried radix paeoniae root taste sweet, acid, slightly cold-natured, have reconciliate spleen and analgesic effect, clinical commonly used dose 15-45 g. The effect of the whole prescription of Warm the spleen and stomach tonic gas and Reconcile the inside, relieve the emergency Stomachache is the target prescription of deficiency-cold stomachache.
