摘要

湿疹是临床常见的皮肤病，仝小林院士认为湿疹发作时多为湿热瘀毒所致，常用黄柏、生薏苡仁、白鲜皮三味小方态靶结合治疗湿疹，黄柏、生薏苡仁调湿热态，白鲜皮为治疗皮肤病之靶药。方中常用剂量黄柏为9～30 g，生薏苡仁为30～120 g，白鲜皮为9～30 g，若瘀重者，可加牡丹皮、赤芍，湿毒重者加土茯苓、苦参。

Abstract

Eczema is a common skin disease in clinic. Academician TONG Xiaolin thought that eczema was mostly caused by damp heat and blood stasis toxin. He summarized three small prescription target combinations of Phellodendron amurense, coix seed and dictamnus dasycarpus to treat eczema. Phellodendron amurense and coix seed regulate the state of damp heat. Dictamnus dasycarpus was the target drug for treating skin diseases. In terms of compatibility dose, the commonly used dose of Phellodendron amurense is 9-30 g, the commonly used dose of Coix seed is 30-120 g, and the commonly used dose of dictamnus dasycarpus is 9-30 g. If there is heavy stasis, red cortex, red peony can be added, and those with heavy damp poison can be added with Smilax and Sophora flavescens.
